We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive the item.

 

Please follow the steps below to return your order within 14 days of receipt:

Any other return by mail is at the customer’s expense and postage is non-refundable.

 

All items must be returned in their original packaging, as they were sold with all tags intact.

 

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges if the product is returned with cosmetic stains, marks, aftershave, fake tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.

 

If you have lost your return form or postage label, please email support@alshoe.com to request a new one.

 

Please ensure you return the item in fully resalable condition and with the hang tag attached within 14 days of receipt.

 

All items should be carefully packed, in original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Yiwu Enhening Trading Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

 

All items will be inspected upon return.

 

Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to process from the time the returned package is received.

 

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

 

Any refunds will be automatically issued to the card you used to place the original order. This usually takes 5 business days, but may vary during busy times (including promotional periods). We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

We strive to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in poor condition, we may have to send it back to you.
