Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed upon receipt of your order confirmation email, usually 2-3 business days for preparation, and 5-7 business days for rare products (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@alshoe.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order value less shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives in any way damaged, please email  support@alshoe.com as soon as possible
